Fan Content & Community Guidelines

KADATH welcomes fan creations and community activities inspired by Under Mythos.

These guidelines are intended to help fans enjoy creating and sharing their work with confidence by outlining the basic principles and rules for fan activities.

1. Fan Content

Non-commercial fan creations by individuals or fan groups are generally welcome.

Examples of permitted fan activities include:​

  • Fan art

  • Fan comics

  • Fan fiction

  • Cosplay

  • Sharing fan works on social media

  • Using fan-created artwork as social media icons or headers

  • Videos and livestreams

  • Other personal fan activities

2. Commercial Use

Commercial use of Under Mythos characters, logos, images, videos, music, settings, or other related content generally requires prior permission from KADATH or the relevant rights holder.

Regarding small-scale distribution of fan-made books, merchandise, and similar items, these guidelines may be updated in the future as necessary based on how fan activities develop.

3. Social Media Icons and Headers

Fan-created artwork inspired by Under Mythos may be used as social media icons or headers as part of non-commercial fan activities.

However, please do not use such content in a way that could cause others to mistake your account for an official KADATH account or an account operated by someone affiliated with KADATH.

4. Videos and Livestreams

When using game footage, official videos, official images, or other related materials in videos or livestreams, please observe the following:

  • Do not present your content in a way that could be mistaken for official or KADATH-approved content.

  • Do not use official materials for the primary purpose of redistributing those materials.

  • Do not use content in a way that infringes the rights of any third party.

KADATH may establish separate rules for gameplay videos and livestreaming in the future.

5. Use of AI

Please do not use Under Mythos characters, official images, illustrations, logos, or other official materials as training data for generative AI.

Please also refrain from publishing, distributing, or selling AI-generated content that could be mistaken for official artwork or official Under Mythos content.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Activities that may be mistaken for official or KADATH-approved activities

  • Unauthorized registration of characters, logos, names, or other elements as trademarks, designs, or similar rights

  • Redistribution or sale of official materials

  • Activities that infringe copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other rights belonging to third parties

  • Use that violates applicable laws or public order and morals

  • Use that may significantly damage the reputation or credibility of KADATH or related parties

  • Any other use that KADATH determines to be inappropriate

7. Rights

Copyrights and other rights relating to Under Mythos, including its characters, logos, images, videos, music, settings, and other related materials, belong to KADATH or the respective rights holders.

These guidelines do not transfer or waive any such rights.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

KADATH may revise these guidelines as necessary.
